The 4101 Cherokee Pant

Judy @ 2:36 am

Are you looking for scrub pants?  Cherokee has many styles, but the 4101 is the best seller for our young crowd.  Don’t get me wrong.  There is no age limit and as a matter of fact, the 4101 is the style I wear, and I am many years past the young category.

The 4101 pant has an elastic back waist and a drawstring front.  Even though it is considered a low rise pant, I personally find it comfortable.  This uniform pant has side pockets and a flared leg with side slits.  Cherokee has been wise enough to make this scrub pant in petite and tall sizes.  We do come in all shapes and sizes, don’t we?

Words of wisdom from your scrub lady.  If you think you wear a medium pant, try this one in a small.  Cherokee sizing is generous.  Personally, it makes me happy to wear a small in anything.  Thank you Cherokee for making me feel like I have lost weight.

Also, the 4101 scrub pant has slimmer thighs than say the 4200 pant.  So, if you are a weight lifter or a speed skater, this isn’t the pant for you.  Oh yes…this scrub pant is for the ladies.  I’ve had to tackle some of my male customers who just grab pants without looking at them.  Needless to say, they are grateful for my intervention.

So, go to the Cherokee site, search for the 4101 pant, and select your favorite color or colors.  You might as well order several pairs since you are paying for shipping.  Have any questions?  You know where I am.

How to Wash Your Scrubs

Judy @ 3:36 am

My customers ask me all the time if the uniforms will shrink when washed.  I have a lot of confidence in my Cherokee line.  I wear Cherokee scrubs all of the time and as of yet, have not seen the colors fade and have not had any trouble with shrinkage.  It has occurred to me that I should give you some advice on how to care for your medical uniforms.  So here are a few tips.

  • Always wash your scrubs in cold water.  The new detergents work just as well in cold.
  • Add a little white vinegar to your wash.  Vinegar sets the colors and also acts as a disinfectant.
  • Turn your scrubs inside out when you wash them.
  • Use the dryer, but don’t leave them in to long.  You might avoid ironing all together if you get them out right away.
  • Have at least five sets of scrubs, one for each day of work, to avoid washing them too often.

If you take care of your scrubs, they can last for years.  Of course we want you to buy more uniforms, but you will anyway once you see the great looking scrubs on our site.

Get it all from Cherokee

Judy @ 3:55 pm

Now that we are hooked up directly to Cherokee’s huge inventory…I’m bragging again…you can shop for more than scrubs.  Did you know that Cherokee carries Littmann stethoscopes, bandage scissors, forceps, shoes and so much more?  You can buy everything you need for school right here.  Well, maybe not paper and pencils but about everything else.

While you’re cruising around the site, check out the Skechers medical uniform line.  And you thought Skechers only made shoes.  Here’s your chance to get some scrubs that no one else has.  Set the fashion trend in your workplace.

We hope you enjoy our new site.  It was designed with you in mind.  We want you to be able to chose from everything Cherokee has to offer.  So start shopping and enjoy yourself.
