Return Policy
  • Defective Merchandise:
  • If you have received a defective product or an item you did not order, you may return it for full credit within 15 days of receiving it. Simply send us an email describing the situation and we respond back with a resolution.

    We will inspect the defect and issue you a full credit for that item if we agree. Remember, the tags must still be on the item and it must not have been worn or washed, free of stains, odors (like smoke), makeup, etc.

  • Does not fit / Do not like:
  • Send us a message through your OrderCheck page and tell us why!
    You will have to send the item(s) back at your expense. We will exchange your item for another or issue a refund, minus shipping costs.

    Exchanged items are not sent out until original item is received.


    When will my credit card be charged
  • Your credit card is charged when we confirm that your order is in available in our California, Ohio, Mississippi, Illinios or Texas facilities. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been successfully processed.



  • How long does it take for my order to be processed?
  • When we receive your order, we first check our large inventory to see if we have your items in stock. If we do, we prepare them for shipment within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If not, we will ship from one of our other locations within 48 hours by the UPS shipping method you select. UPS Ground takes at least 5 business days to arrive (not including weekends) to locations within the continental United States. Orders may also be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.

  • Open any email sent to you from the scrubsdirect.com system and click the link to go to your OrderCheck page. Or, click the OrderCheck link under Customer Service on the left menu of any page on the site and put in your order number and email address.
